Refund Policy


Our main priority is excellent customer service. If an item arrives damaged please reach out to us with pictures within  3 DAYS OF YOUR ORDER BEING DELIVERED and we will do our best to accommodate you. Items arriving damaged will rarely happen because we thoroughly inspect all items before shipping them to you. But if it happens to arrive damaged we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Due to the items being intimates, we do not accept returns from customers. When placing your order, PLEASE ensure that you order correct sizing. Items are not able to be refunded or exchanged due to incorrect sizing. Please do not order a size that you KNOW is too big or too small for you, trying to make it fit because it happens to be the only size that we have left in stock. It will not fit, you will be upset, and you will NOT get a refund. Patiently wait until your size is back in stock and order the right size when it's available.  All of our items are TRUE TO SIZE. We've tested our sizing chart out on dozens of models and it is 100% accurate.


 If our team makes an error on our end, please let us know and we will get it corrected for you. If an item is returned by the Post Office because the address that we shipped to was not valid we will refund your order after we successfully receive it, minus the shipping fee.


*If your order is out of stock, we will attempt to reach out to you to replace it with something else or issue a refund for the item(s) not in stock.* 

If your order is refunded due to an item being out of stock, please allow 3-5 Business Days to process the refund.

Our refund policy was designed with our customers in mind. We want you to be able to confidently purchase on our website knowing that our customer service team will take care of you if any issues arise.
